Diet i'm back

before this in my previous entries, i have follow my frenz for diet menu. but suddenly, cant continued due to my preggy.

during my pregnancy, i gained more than 20 Kg Ya ALLAH, gosh, teribble indeed!...then after my delivery to my baby AIDAN HAZIQ( mama love u, dear )...i lost almost 19 kg, aiyo....but then still not reached my dream...at least 50 kg to be. now 70 kg,,,hehehe..a lot haa...

i tried to start back my diet....

breakfast:
bihun + egg + 3 kueh ( hahah...diet konon...)

lunch

nasi ( sikit) + ikan bakar + sayur ( banyak)


dinner,,

nasi +...no no no no no..


hopefully!....
